Training at The Farm Gym reconditions your mind and body to operate the way they were designed to operate. The ability to lift, run, carry, climb, throw, bend, twist, flex and endure will open you up to more possibilities than you could imagine.
Your small group sessions have a maximum of 6 participants, so your Coach will be able to give you personal attention, movement corrections and support throughout the whole session.
We’re absolutely committed to your progress and supporting you in achieving your dreams. We’ll work closely with you to set your goals and track your results. You’ll get a complete Body Composition Analysis and Consultation every 6 weeks – from this we re-set your unique goals and tweak your program design to ensure you continue to achieve at your highest standard.

As a couple that has worked in this industry before opening The Farm Gym we understand the importance of connecting with people and training on your RNR. We offer individual memberships to suit your roster, please contact us to discuss this option in further details.
"Well what can I say, it was my fourth monthly weigh in today and i've not only lost 24kgs so far, but I'm finally in double digits for the first time in a very long time. Knowing what I have achieved in such a short period of time simultaneously brings tears to my eyes and a massive smile to my face.
