 The farm gym offer's private and semi-private session's.

First Step to becoming a member of our community is to complete our specially designed On Boarding Program. This includes 2 x 60 minute Personal Training Sessions with an Initial investment of $150. These sessions will include:

- Movement Assessment - Body Composition Scan, Wellness Consultation - Foundational movements and skills - Nutritional support and Review. 

Once you have completed the On Boarding Program we will then recommend the best suited membership for your personal growth.
