2019 is now open. The farm gym will only run one group on boarding course for January 2019. You must complete this course before gaining acces to our group sessions. very limited spots Available.

The Farm Gym’s On Boarding Course includes 2 x 90 minute Semi Private Group Sessions: This includes - Movement Assessment, Photo’s, Body Composition Scans. You will also learn the foundational movements and skills to attend our group sessions.
