session one: 2nd 6:15pm - 7:45pm
Session two: 4th 6:15pm - 7:45pm
Session three: 9th 6:15pm - 7:45pm
Session four: 11th 6:15pm - 7:45pm
The Farm Gym’s Group On Boarding Course includes 4 x 90 minute Semi Private Group Session’s, completed over two weeks. On completion of this course you will then be invited to train in our group session’s here at The Farm Gym.
This Course has been designed specifically to get you ready to join our group sessions. You will learn the foundational skills and movements for your training with us here at The Farm Gym.
