You can choose between two different options with starting your journey with us.

  1. Personal On Boarding Program -do you Want to get started right now, then contact us via email below to book your 2 x 60 minute on boarding sessions. investment $150

The Farm Gym’s On Boarding Course includes 2 x 90 minute Semi Private Group Sessions: This includes - Movement Assessment, Photo’s, Body Composition Scans. You will also learn the foundational movements and skills to attend our group sessions.

The Farm Gym makes training fun and exciting. The location is epic. We get to look over the farm, whilst we do our squats. Running around the dam, is so much more pleasant than on a treadmill. I have never felt so welcome in a gym. Luke and Acacia have successfully facilitated a family atmosphere. I love being greeted on arrival by Dali (Their very friendly, beautiful dog). Everyone is encouraging and supportive while having lots of laughs. No day is ever the same. I am always excited, wondering about what we will be doing, and often nervous about the challenge that will be in store. But Luke and Acacia have this amazing ability to make you believe in yourself and show you what can achieve. I value their commitment to safety and ensuring correct technique. Luke is so patient with me and all my silly questions never seem to bother him. The garden is thriving and we get to take home beautiful farm fresh produce. Such a cool set up.
