Membership Terms & Conditions 

Group Contract

Training at a TFG(The Farm Gym) Facility comes with the following terms and conditions

(a) Each Group Session is scheduled for 60 minutes. 

(b) All Training Sessions must be booked in advance using the smartphone application (Momence) as directed to you by TFG. You will have up to 10 minutes before the session starts to book into the class. Failure to book a Training Session in advance may result in you not being able to participate in that particular Training Session.

(c)You can book your sessions in up to 7 days in advance. 

(d) You agree to pay your agreed fees to TFG  in advance, each week, fortnight, monthly, or yearly (as per your chosen membership commitment)

Payments will come out on the day your membership starts and will credit you for the week in advance. 

(e) You agree to your minimum training term of 4 or 6 weeks, as per your payment option. 

(f) After the minimum term, your debits will automatically roll over onto a weekly/fortnightly/monthly/yearly debit schedule to the same amount that you have agreed on with TFG and this contract will remain in place until you complete the cancellation form with no less than 4 week’s notice. 

You may terminate this Agreement by providing TFG with no less than 4 weeks’ written notice after your initial minimum training term is complete via the online form at

Failing to complete your minimum term contract will result in a lump sum payout of the remaining term.

(g) should there be any arrears in payments, you authorize TFG to debit the outstanding balance to bring the account up to date without notice or warning. 

(h) Once a termination notice has been received via the above link, you will be charged your usual payments to cover the 4-week notice period before your cancellation takes effect.

(i) You may place your membership on hold for a minimum of 1 week and up to 6 weeks at a time with a maximum of 8 weeks of total holds per calendar year.

All requests must be completed via this link: Pause Request Form at least 7 days before the requested date. 

Membership holds are generally adjusted in our system using the billing day (and not the dollar amount). This means you might be charged right up until the day prior, however, when you return it takes into account the time you were on hold and adjusts your billing day accordingly.

If a debit is made without complying with this clause, TFG will not refund the amount debited and you will not be entitled to any free catch-up weeks.

(j) During your training, the company may, with your consent, take photos of you training for social updates and progression updates.

(k) You agree that TFG may use these images for marketing & promotional purposes both while you are a member and in the future.

(l) If you have your photo taken and you do not want it to be published, you must notify TFG of your wishes in an email to gday@thefarmgym.com.au and we will gladly not publish or remove it for you.

(m) Transactions may come with additional fees depending on your payment methods

Those paying by bank account will incur a small transaction cost of 1% + 30 cents

Those paying by Credit Card will incur the following, in addition to their debits. 

Visa/Mastercard = 1.75% + 30 cents

Amex = 4.4% + 30 cents

These charges are through our third-party payment provider (STRIPE)

(n) If there is a failed payment, your payment will be automatically deducted again after two days. If the payment hasn’t applied to your membership this may mean you will have restricted access to our service until payments are made in full.

Note: If payments fail and you believe that you have sufficient funds, it can often be an issue with your bank and them disallowing the transaction. It is therefore the responsibility of the member to contact their bank to ensure payments are being approved. 

Please let us know if this does happen and we will do our best to help you find a solution.

Personal Training Contracts

(c) You may terminate this Agreement by providing TFG with no less than 2 weeks’ written notice after your initial minimum training term is complete via the online form at

(f) You may place your membership on hold for a minimum of 1 week and up to 6 weeks at a time with a maximum of 8 weeks of total holds per calendar year.

Note; that by going on hold, you may lose your preferred training times. If you do not wish to lose your preferred training time, please speak with your coach about how we can continue your membership and provide value in other ways.

(g) At least 24 hours written notice from the scheduled start time is required to cancel a Personal Training Session, via phone message to your trainer.

Failure to do so will result in you forfeiting that Training Session.

(h) If you are unable to attend a Personal Training Session and you notify TFG more than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of that Personal Training Session, you will have up to 2 weeks to reschedule a make-up Training Session. Refunds of fees paid for unattended Personal Training Sessions will not be given.

Rescheduled sessions will expire after 2 weeks and no refunds will be given after this period. Missed sessions will not accumulate unless written correspondence has been communicated between you and your coach. If you wish to make up missed sessions, please plan and correspond with your coach in writing.
